Can check if the bug has something linked to 'choose server' option, cause now u have to pass for 2 'doors' first select the server, and after the character. maybe?

What i figured out asking guildmates:

1. Only ppl with darkhoul bag are affected. But not only items in it.

2. In all cases all pets are gone.

So maybe its a problem with the combination of those two items?

Okai, that got me curious, as I have darkhurl bags on two of my characters.

So I just logged in at this moment, and nope, I still haven't lost anything, from the day the bug went into activity till today.

Altho I haven't fought anything for the past two weeks, a guess from me would be it'd be related to fighting and anything involving having to overwrite or update certain bag slots, e.g. fragments, feeding pets.

I have a question for you, if you buy another "Pet" I will lose? I'm unable to play because if you play'll lose my items. What do I do? ankama will return my money? because wakfu is useless to me....

...

I didn't prove anything, i said 'IF YES, they can rollback all my chars till the time before bug happens' cause i will not lose anything besides the time, but i'm not playing anymore, just waiting they fix it and gimme back what i lost. anyway, i still want to play wakfu, i will not stop, i just will not log in till they can say 'its safe to play now, cause we fix it and will not happen anymore'

Request #1070097Bug description: I find the bug in 2 chars in different accs:

Saga de gemeos (iop ): I was playing normally cutting trees in Sadida kingdom, when I decided to change my costume, then tried to use the occult fantasy cult usual, but I was not showing up wearing the costume, then tried relogging to see if it solved the problem, so when I returned my pets had missing, and pet bags that contained within them were clean, so I lost several items together resources that do not remember the exact amount, I decided to enter the havenbag to see if the items reappeared, but when I entered I saw that all dysplay kit containing pet and also ekips desareceram the same goes for the coffers showing off (saying ikiakit need to release the coffers), the total were several pets, teams, resources that simply disappeared.

Ayoria(rogue): I entered the game and my pets and items disappeared.



Reproducibility process:
1. Attempt to replace the fantasy (equip occult cult custom)
2. Fantasy not show, so I disconnected the account.
3. Logged into account and pets and items disappeared.
4. Entered the havenbag and shops disappeared and disabled chests.
This happened with the iop, the rogue was just log in and losing the entire backpack

Screenshots: As i said previously, if need any screenshot before with my items, and after, with bags empty, just tell me.

I do not remember the full list porems these'm sure I had them:

1x macawker,
5x bow meow,
4x wodent,
2x scarafly,
2x young wild sow,
2x clawbot,
1x baby schnek,
5x moowolf finery
23x cassel helmet.

the rest of the items are of varied professions resources on a large scale.

I have hope that soon my items and pets back. I did not buy subscribe and spent my time to get items to lost them for one bug in game.
