The New Support Website has Arrived! More user-friendly and ergonomic, discover today the new support website! Quick “Contact Us” button, FAQ revamp, possibility of sharing, these are the many improvements to a service that has not finished to improve itself!
 


The new support website is born from the desire to provide you a better service for a better and quicker identification and resolution of problems. A clearer search function in addition to a revamp of the information allow us to have a better prioritization of the website content in order to quickly take you to the answer of your question. And if you still cannot find your happiness, it is now easier to send an inquiry to our team!
 
One of the major innovations is the creation of your own personal support account. For all inquiries, regardless of the Ankama account concerned, you will able be able to use a single support account based on the email address of your choice.
 
Please note the following: If you had tickets on the old support website, you will receive a welcome email to access the new website.
 
Gone are the days where connections to the wrong Ankama account and access problems were hindering the resolution of your issue. It is time for more clarity and an easier way to contact us!

Under Wakfu, under Security it says "How to take pictures in low light" six times.
I assume this is an error? It's pretty funny, as it has nothing to do with Wakfu, might want to fix that. The answer is "a tripod" ;D
And if anyone is that curious about it, you also need to adjust the shutter speed and/or aperture to increase the exposure time and/or let more light into the camera.

If we use this support website, will it give us the Prospecting Lock and Drop Rate Revamp we need and expect and are STILL WAITING FOR?

If not, it's not much of a support website, is it?

If we want to look up info on the incredibly low drop rate of Fragments on Bosses, what search term do we use in Ankama Support?

Obviously something direct like leafri showed, the class name "sram" isn't working, so any hints would be very welcome!

I've lost my patience with this games "support" Perhaps 2018 support revamp they will answer tickets from last year, with the way things are doing my subscript is going to run out before they respond. Probably means the writing is on the wall.

love how people who play this game are just as frustrated as ever. im glad people are leaving this game because the french dev's dont give two fucks about the input that the NA server is making. there are far better games out there where you dont have to ditch a character just because the dev's felt like making your build completely unviable due to equipment or abilities or better yet killing off an element that your class specialized in now you cannot do anything. because now you have to go out and spend ~6 million kamas for equipment just because the french developers are a shit stain. dofus and wakfu are massive failures simply because of the development team. GREAT games on paper, LOTS OF FUN, and tons of replay value...however once again the lack of attention that is shown to NA is completely disrespectful, and overall this is why dofus and wakfu should begin to finally die in the next year or two. fire all of your developers who think their new patch will make everything more fun while causing the player base to rip their own fingernails out despite expressing incredible opposition to an idea. and this support site...what is it run by a blind monkey? support? do the french even know what customer support is? or is that their "bitch here and keep giving us your money" box? at any rate the faster the players of this game give up on this piece of shit and go play games like GW2 or LoL or anything else for that matter. because guess what? because those are VERY popular f2p/pay to play ONCE games they are listen EXTREMELY closely to their fan/player base. honestly id I wouldnt mind playing this game if it werent so goddamn erratic. "ahem we decided to remove the ecaflips' utility spells and replace them with 10 summon bow meow spells, each bow meow has 1 hp and reduces your damage by 25% for each one summoned. Additionally each bow meow has a 5% chance to be summoned per turn, and if there are multiple bow meows on the field enemies gain +5% dmg/ +5% resist and +1ap/mp per additional bow meow on the field with a cap of 10. we feel like this will diversify the ecaflips' ability to be cats and make you continue throwing money at our stupid fucking dev team because you have nothing else to do with your money and free time have a great month, until next month where we will reduce the damage of all of your spells to 10 dmg at lvl 200 *LOL*"

You are completely right. I'm not sure how much North America contributes to their annual revenue but...a few of us have left/quit subbing already and more will begin to leave. Wakfu is not going to be able to retain any new NA players with the glitchy game they have now. When Ankama and all their locally beneficial game decisions lead to substantial loss from their nonlocal players- they're going to realize one thing...

To operate in a global economy, you have to accommodate other countries and do so well. This means they need a larger staff, translators, multilingual employees. Communication is essential and that's going to be their downfall if they don't execute some changes and fast. The support system was a step in the right direction but...

The sad truth remains that Ankama's games will never be anything more than "that cute foreign game I heard about randomly." With their business model, it's amazing they've even gotten that far.
