- Spell level 200
Huge, frustrating and certainly undeserved nerf to everyone. I had a butthurt about spell effects' change, and now shit gets real. x_x
Congratz, now every class, every single char becomes weaker.
I don't have any positive feedback here, it's an awful change.

- Challenge XP err what? You call it 'rebalancing'?
You nerfed it once, then thought a little and decided to nerf even more?.. Well, okay, guess we should forget about leveling chars at challenges and move back to wild gobbals.
And once again, you're punishing solo players for being solo. ;

- Initiation dance tradable
Goodbye, feeling of being a Chosen One. It was an only unique emote, due to its non-tradable state mostly. Well, I guess it will cost a nice amount of kamas, so people who managed to drop it more than once would be able to make some profit. Or just a gift to someone special. :3
So idk should I call it 'negative' or 'positive' change. Let's see, maybe this emote will remain rare.

- Mechabra: Addition of a passive “Locking Pro”
As if it wasn't already quite hard to fight them..

-
Closing the game: A confirmation pop-up will now appear when closing the game with the cross in the top right corner.
Thanks a lot. Really good and helpful addition.

I'm a bit worried about the following:

- Handymen: They can now craft dungeon keys.
Does it mean you're going to decrease keys' droprate, or remove key drops at all?..

- New world map
Excited and nervous at the same time. It's all about HW's new positions, y'know.

wow those are some crazy good changes to polar now in addition to necroforge we can mix and match for about as good as gets on post 100 water heals set with great resist hp stats water levels crit, you name it. There's certainly no shortage of high level heal gear with these changes having 2 post 100 sets right in a row that both are crazy good.

Is the cra's blinding arrow definitely getting a scalding effect? bit weird since the cra can't trigger it, but decent for my fire cra/enu combo.

XP nerfs / stat nerfs, throwing a level 200 cap out there for a current cap of 125 good, good. As expected from Ankama. Did not disappoint.

Black Widow miniature: It will have the correct visual.
how wonderful to bad i cant get it because i completed the achievement before this even existed *still very upset* All ankama would have to do is reset the achievements that they add things to or at least reset the do the dungeon one at least.

Overall i consider the quest xp changes as nerfs. besides that i dont have many issues besides the achievement thing and how i cant get things i already earned.

XP and mastery nerf + class nerfs...I dunno. It just looks like some of these changes will have more of an effect than you're considering.

I'll wait and see. I'm suspicious that the game just got more tedious by a factor of like 3.

Well, at least Air Sadidas received a buff. 120% max resist debuff is quite tough.

Hopefully some of the bugs got fixed. Not holding my breath, though, lol.

Citizenship Points rules modifications: From now on, when a player instigates a violation of a law, the CP loss will include a fixed cost and a percentage of his total CP. [New] Moving buildings: It will now be possible to move buildings for free in a Haven World. Note that to successfully move a building, all decorations will have to be removed first. Decorations: It will no longer be possible to place decorations at the entrance of a Haven World.

1. That's cool, if anyone actually cared about CP, aside from needing 10 for clan bonus, 100 for voting, and 1000 for running for governor. Please give CP more of a purpose for everyone not in the government. Ideas include: items that require certain CP (like Wakfu/Stasis, which btw Wakfu/Stasis needs more of a purpose as well!), spending CP on valuable items or rare resources, etc. I'd really like to do something with my 10,000 CP, thank you.

2. Will we be able to move areas like farming plots and ore nodes?

3. What will happen to the current decorations in the entrance? Should we move them now just to be safe, and what counts as the entrance?

there are items that require CP, also negative CP ends making you an outlaw, if you die as an outlaw you go to jail, aka wasting time in jail, unless someone kenko, but anyways... the problem now will be -> you cut a tree, for example, and lose..lets say 500 CP, and if you plant one tree you earn 3 CP... this is the year of nerfings... Grou, hope you get fired.

Poor sudden chill. At least the people who only leveled a sadida for that spell can use another class or other spells instead now The new chillberg sets look amazing
What do you mean? sudden chill is waaaaaaay better now.

Once again togather with some good changes they had to add something thats completly wrong that they will have to change later on after few months of players "beta testing" and complaining.

Those changelogs should be posted 2 weeks earlier and give players the time to post feedback, for Ankama to gather that feedback, answer the players, get another feedback about their solutions to the issues and only then posting final changelog with the posibility to hot fix stuff in the first few days if something gets wrong or bugged.

But anyway i am excited about the whole spell system change. I am also happy to see that it will be possible to reduce 120% of enemy resist (thought i belive we had to wait for spell system change to make it happen).

Its actually... without change as at level 100 it will still reduce 60% resist. However the max possible reduction of resist is nice change. I am just wondering if it will stack or will it get bugged after it hit 120 % and reset... i hope it wouldn't reset but who knows...

Troyle i think the thread title have a typo or is incomplete, shouldnt it be "Fiesta in Bilbiza while Ankama nerfs everything else"? (common gov tactics, feed the ppl with some "funny" crap while they ninja raise taxes and stuff like that)
