I totally agree with the OP. The fact you have to create a new account with Support in order to use it is a giant deterrent. As is the fact that theres no direct way to contact someone in-game to deal with the issue. I know on APAC they atleast have a team of GMs to do such things. +1 to making the reporting process a lot easier and more clear.
