This change = Sufokia and Brakmar die

You might as well make everyone Bonatarians and get this over with.

Are there any plans on more payment methods? I'm being overly optimistic here, but I'm hoping for a response from Troyle.

Are there any plans on:
  • More subscription times?
  • Using Ogrines to buy areas permanetly/temporarily?

Like the title askes, do you still have to pay to play this game?

You didn't notice the "Shop & Subscription" tab right below the "Wakfu" title? God you're practically blind.

Timekeeper was nerfed because it supported braindead players who loved pressing the same button a few times and then deal ohmaigerdwatdafeq damage.

No one is crying about that nerf really, and be patient, Xelors are going to be revamped this month (May, not August )

Hello. I'm just starting out in Wakfu.
I kind of enjoy the idea of politics in a game, and that's why I'm here.

Now, I would like to find a RP guild within Wakfu, and the character that I want to RP as would be a strategist, so basicly, I'm looking for a ranged class that can stand in the back and do things. Preferably a support, since I take it Cras are widely played, they do not appeal to me.

The characters I'm interested in at the moment are:
WARNING: All 4 of the classes you chose are classes that are going to be revamped next month.
Eniripsa - Basically, a healing machine, they just spam the same spells over and over to heal allies. Not particulary good right now because of the Heal Resistance nerf they got, they aren't very widely played for that very reason.
Feca - Probably the least popular class in the game, they're considered weak right now, but really, they're good. I don't want to give you the wrong information as I never played the class myself, so..
Osamoda - Air Osamodas deal high single-target damage, and they transform to a badass dragon, if you want to RP a wise strategist, they are mid-close range.
Fire Osamodas summon other creatures to do their bidding, they fit your RP description, they're pretty much mid-ranged, and they are not widely played.
Earth Osamodas are very unpopular, like Fecas. They are mid-close range, and are pretty much the "Paladin" of the game (Heals, buffs, deals damage, tanks).
Xelor - All 3 branches are middle ranged.
Water is the supportive branch, giving AP to allies, increasing their DPT, slowing down enemies, while dealing decent damage.
Air is a burst-damage branch, as long as you have your dial up, you deal a LOT of damage, but if your dial runs out, you're practically useless. Takes a lot of skill and really fits the "Strategist" role.
Fire is the sustained damage branch, dealing less damage than air, but can deal good damage outside of dial.

In my opinion, Xelors fit your description.
They are strategists, they're ranged, and Water Xelors can be a support.

Now, I don't want you to tell me which class is 'best' or anything like that, all I would like to know is what role they play later in game, how their playstyle is both in solo and group. How needed they are during lategame, how compatible they would be with a strategist/ambassador character.

If either of you could list the pros and cons of each class, as well as personal preferences and experience with that class, that would be great.

Thanks in advance, and I hope to see either of you inside the world of Wakfu soon
And I almost forgot, if anyone who reads this knows of any RP guild, I'd love to recieve an invite

Quote (MrAnthexx @ 2013-04-24 12:31:23)I honnestly didn't know that there was an anime for Wakfu, I'll watch it and maybe that would give me some backstory for all classes :3 Might help me decide ;p

But, for a secretary/advisor role, I figured Eni or Feca would be the best choice.

-The Wakfu anime is really good imo, watch it! It has 2 seasons.
Iop - Braindead stupid, funny.
Cra - Smart, fragile

Spoiler: (highlight to show)
When Grovvy broke Eva's bow she cried for EPISODES, god!
Sadida - Stuck-up snobs.

Spoiler: (highlight to show)
When the brotherhood reached the Sadida Kingdom, the male sadidas insulted Grovvy saying Sadidas are better than Iops.Amalia dissmised Eva's plan to go after Grovy not believing her, she also thinks Ruel is a "Smelly old man"
Enutrof - Greedy, smelly, funny, mysterious.

Destroy in pvp
i like bezerker classes but i also know thats risky and deadly in range combat

so whats a good all around destroyer in pvp (with a pvp build u can pve easily) but pvp is harder.......
It's either full on PvP, PvE, or a jack-of-all-trades, master of none.

For starters, if you love Bersekers, try a Fire Sacrier, closest thing to a berseker there is.

:O On your spells section, you mixed up the scores between the offensive and support.

I mean, you gave Armored Command a 5 on offensive and a 1 on supportive..

His ranking system on this, being 1 the first spell you should use, and 5 being the last spell you should use.

So, in this case, since Armored has a Support Rank 1, it means it should be the first skill you use as a support, and since it has an Offensive rank 5 for the osa, this means you should never really attack with this spell at all.
Oh now I understand, thanks!

I thought it was a "How good is this from 1 to 5?" rating.

This might be the best revamp yet.

I'm loving all of the changes, but what about Temp. Images and Mummification?

This thread makes me cry.

Fun fact: Put a fechammer glyph on dial cells with sinistro's and they will use the mp to get LoS and switch dial positions. It's one of the cutest things in game, they play musical chairs. They are much smarter than coney's too

trust me guys, it's not good for pvp lol.

U are fooling ur selves or u will find out the long way lol.
PvP = 5% of the game, a system that gives basically no reward for investing in it

Also, what's up with the beginning zone, when you first log in with your character? The *tutorial* is exactly the same as in Dofus. I was so disappointed when they removed the quest to rescue the gemlin from that evil bow meow!. It had its charm. Also the first zone where you had to hunt few wodents, and fight the evil tree choppah. Now it's just annoying as hell, trying to find the gemlin spawn or that other NPC spawn.

Why change something that worked fine, only Frenchies would know...
Because, this is a product for sale. They change things depend on what the majority want, not what each individual wants.
What the hell makes you think the majority wanted this change?

All your arguments are downright stupid, I wont even bother...

@This thread
Pointless, if you wont ressub, Ankama will noticed without this thread, and you're not really convincing anyone here.

If someone in your building started using 50 driers at once, to purposely hurt his neighbors, would you stop paying electricity because you temporarily don't have it, even tho the electricity company has nothing to do with this?
