I CANT BELEVE ANKAMA I send ankama letter where i asked remind me secret answer and restore acount, i said them i dont remember my email, they may send pasword code to it and i cant log in into acount. Is that my folt like always ?...

Yes that is your fault not Ankamas.

Secret questions are an account staple on literally everything not just Ankama accounts. You should know that something that important should be remembered and not something you can just throw random information into.

This is like not reading the ToS breaking the rules and saying "But I didn't read it!! It's not my fault its yours!!!!!"

They should read and look to eweryone problem's, dont fix all same, we payng money at all and now what i shud do, quit game, couse im not going create new acount and pay more money.

If you don't care enough to remember your email and secret answer then it's no surprise you lost your account.

Put the bare minimum of effort into it.

After hack my older acount, i mean this acount, i change acount's so i wont create new couse i know that one was safe and old so dont mind about that.

at least im happy they are responding to someone... i have everything they need and i still cant get a response from them :x

Ya i was waiting like 3 weeks to... Maybe its couse they doing so many updates, changes and you know, not much time, and ewery day more and more peoples join wakfu so eweryone getting more pboblems.

Why do players always have to go through troyle / sabi to get anything solved by support..?

It probably looks like this because they respond on the forum.
I got support tickets resolved without them already -> no complaining on the forum -> no help from Troyle / Sabi needed.

As with Chrolo, every ticket I sent in was answered in 1-3 business days. I've never had a problem with it.
