This was already after I waited 24 hours when I attempted to purchase the same type of subscription and recieved the same notice.

I have been responded to by support, & they have asked me to send them pieces of information, so I have. I haven't had any further contact from them, & the ticket appears to be closed. I still do not have a solution.

Edit: Feb 21, 2014: Ankama has contacted me about this but the problem still exists. Sorry Sabi, I know you've received information from ankama, however the problem still persists. The bug is not complete.

Oh! At least on Nox, they have changed it to where you only have to type the name of the character you are trying to delete in. Hopefully that helps.

Issue: Bought and used Scroll of Absolution (respec scroll), but I didn't get teleported to the respec instance. The scroll just disappeared from my inventory upon use without doing its job, would appreciate a replacement

UPDATE:I got tired of waiting for a respec so I tried to buy another and for some reason I'm having trouble buying ogrines. Why won't you just take my money ankama qq

Type: It was a bug report, but I am assuming it would be under account? I have not received my Upholder of Justice title on this account (FeldePard with the character Nyne Valten) nor on my secondary accound (CaptainHawks with the character Pik Miuhp.) I was on that night, and everyone around me has gotten titles and mine are still MIA....

I had filed a ticket before but it wasn't in my list of tickets for some reason so I had to re-file. But... :/ it's still present.
