P2P - OGRINES - PROBLEM Good morning!

I am very disappointed with the care and service provided by Ankama. I bought the Ogrines twice and fathered tickets for troubleshooting twice, and still not getting any of them back. I have not received neither return nor Ogrines, I would like an answer because I want to buy monthly credits but doing so will not do. If the problem is not resolved I will contact the appropriate authorities (judicial) and will request compensation. I am sure that will solve (you Ankama) my problem! I really like Wakfu but this is making me very disappointed. Graciously
