Question, the Seal obtainable at 100 is only obtainable once? So if I want a Grou's Axe I would have to get to level 100 AoE Weapons on my own?

EDIT: Apologies for snatching thread topic, I just wanted to make sure.

Yep, you get one after doing a short quest once you hit level 100 in the appropriate profession. The seal isn't exchangeable and once you use it you have no way of getting it back (slightly annoying, I made a shovel back when they were cool for an Earth Enu and now I have regrets).

You can buy a weapon, but they're normally relatively expensive.

If this hits Remington I'll unsub my 4 boosted accounts and go elsewhere. While my $24 a month might be insignificant.. the direction Wakfu is heading isn't one I particularly enjoy and I won't be sticking around.

I'm still pretty devastated the game went F2P despite promises that it wouldn't and adding P2W (granted 20% isn't much, but still) is just rubbing salt on the wound.

Alienating your remaining population isn't the wisest idea Ankama... But I'm hardly surprised.
Come play dathura we still have the old p2p system

I was always half tempted, the issue is starting over and progressing etc etc. I'm comfortable in Remington and odds are if this rental F2P nonsense hits most of the other servers Dathura will eventually follow as well :c.

And what about everyone else who are too low lvl to enjoy this "awesome event"? Yay.... Again, nothing for lowbies. Thank you dear Ankama. And happy hunting to the rest of players.

What about the poor guy who plans on leveling professions all weekend? Or the individual who wants to PvP all weekend? Or the level 160 who is grinding higher level content for relics?

You'll manage.

The other xp events had a range of lvls to the dungeons that they gave bonus xp for. While any event is great i do find this discouraging / unfair to low and mid lvl players.

And, once again, it's unfair to the crafter, the PvP based individual, the high level endgame player, the alt who sits at the bank, that one crazy guy zaap sitting.

I suppose people love to complain.

I plan on doing achievements when my current characters are maxed, geared, fully runed and I have well alts on the way. That being said, I'm quite frustrated achievements aren't account wide though.. having to repeat the process on each new character is slightly masochistic.

My original forum account name back when I made this account in 2006 was runescapeforlife... a community manager changed for me but I would like to have the option to change it into something I'd like.

That being said I think there's an option under support somewhere for forum name issues, but I don't recall where.

I ran it a couple times today. There is not as many glyphs as there was before and they all seem to spawn around the middle, it only takes a few people to get them.

Can you give me a rough number of glyphs? I don't really have any highly mobile classes so it could be painful (not that this stabilised nonsense isn't already painful enough).

They can't just leave it how it is now, cause atm all you have to do is pass turns til his immunity falls off and it's kind of silly. Having to step on those tiles won't be difficult or take much time, and boss dies pretty quick at that point.

They could make it 'step on x amount of tiles to deactivate immunity'. I probably won't bother with Lenald, it was painful to begin with and now it's even more time consuming.

Toxicing Playerbase thats why they had to make this game Free 2 Play due to a huge lack of popluation in the playerbase. Now they just using another account to power level to give more impact to the game. No much real people are actually playing just alts.

Actually, no. The game went F2P (despite Ankama stating multiple times that it wouldn't, ever) because it's still basically in Beta (notice the game has been out for several years now and the endgame cap of 200 hasn't been released alongside endgame content), paired with a very soso launch and a general lack of game promotion. There are always toxic members in any community, I feel it's rather ignorant to state that people who use multiple clients are the ones who are toxic. If people didn't have access multiple accounts I think the game would have died out ages ago, but that's just me.

So basically its "To celebrate the holidays and all of the new steam players we are making all of the bonus stuff only for higher level dungeons that they cant access yet!" ?

Um, please point out where it says 'and all of the new steam players' in the first post.

I personally know a few Steam players who are level 60+ now and can access a few islands.

I want Fogger dimension. Steampunk Stasispunk. A lot of my guildies are hyped about the thought to get their furry paws over to the Ecaflip dimension and guessing what it will look like.

Given the Foggers worship an aspect of Osamodas I don't think they'll have their own dimension, but who knows!

Use Crows. Lead Legs is an amazing thing

Don't say that the class can't do something because "oh no one plays Earth Osa" when myself and a guildie I party with regularly play one, and another is leveling one.

edit: on top of that, when I said that Osa can do everything, that means you do not have to play support gobgob 100% of a fight. That's ridiculous lol.

Use crows in an endgame dungeon which die in one hit.. Believe it or not I do! For the group heal. However, you I wouldn't claim Osas can do everything if they can do it once or twice a turn for about 4-5 times in total. Lead legs is indeed lovely, but once again, lead legs = / = remove ap / mp or range (yes given the nature of lead legs your effectively removing mp, but still!).

Sure you can go support for a few turns before going Dragon (and only dealing damage / giving CF afterwards), that doesn't mean you can do everything. I suppose technically you're correct though, I can get summons which do x, y and z which have 10 hp but that's not entirely practical. So first turn I summon a few things that remove ap / mp, they die so I Gobgob and I heal for a bit before turning into a dragon and dealing raw damage. While an Osa may be able to do 'everything' in your eyes, other classes do each thing better.

That being said, please type your build, spell setup, summon setup and gear so I can copy your godly build, I'm being 100% serious right now.

Edit: we digress a little, I think there is an overabundance of fire for sure and certain classes don't necessarily need access to it.

branch focuses around reducing range, ap, and mp.
No. Get lost. Wakfu don't need this overpowered Noob-class that can do anything.

Osa can already do anything. I fail to see what you're shitting and pissing about. All Cra does is damage at range.

Oh? A traditional Air / Earth dragon Osa deals damage and literally does nothing else. A current summon Osa doesn't have any decent range reducing, ap / mp taking and overall amazing summon(s) at endgame. At the very best they deal relatively okay damage (Srambad summons) and can heal (Wabbit Shawpshootew). Lastly an Earth Osa spec is.. relatively non-existent these days, I seriously haven't seen a pure support Earth Gobgob Osa since returning.

I'm not sure what Osas you've been playing with but please get them to throw me a message sometime, I'd love to steal their setup!

That being said I'm all for a Cra revamp, but don't compare apples and oranges please.
