Since the new level cap for profession is 200 does that mean that the current level 100 recipes will require us to be level 200 to craft or will new recipes be implemented along with the changes to augment the revamp?

Therefore, supplying keys for them turns them into burden, instead of help, as they meant to be.

Exactly this^. I feel like spamming this quote again and again until Ankama responds to it.

I'm not waiting till September or whatever for a PP revamp. Ankama said they introduced the PP cap first because they couldn't implement an improved drop rate or system they were working on at the same time. It had to come after. It should not mean, several patches later. You implemented the cap, which hurt players, so NEXT UPDATE must be the second part to improve this. If you can't have the changes ready the following update you shouldn't have nerfed us in the first place.
I can't emphasize this enough.

They are at about a decade now since Dofus first went online. They were originally going to release the "gold" version of Wakfu in 2008. They instead rewrote Dofus' code from the ground up, for stability, resulting in Dofus 2.0.

The lessons of an additional 3-4 years delay for Wakfu going live, as well as the lessons learned by having to rewrite the entire Dofus game from the ground up, should have utterly prevented the issues of crummy programming and stupid delays that we currently see.

I don't understand where the problem is in Ankama, but something awful stalks their halls, draining the lessons any normal team of human beings would learn from all they've been through and achieved.
"There is no conspiracy. No one is in charge. It's a headless blunder operating under the illusion of a master plan."

Ankama is a nutshell.

Maybe Ankama's put all their resources into rewriting the game code from scratch. They'll release a new version and we'll all be better off^^
Yeah, maybe.

Do bum sacks even work right now? They changed the bonus on Pipi bags to 10% more monster harvests and that works.

If I could use 3 bum sacks at once with the rest of my mining gear, I'd be mining like 10 ore at once. :O
I believe they do work, yes.

I believe relic fragments from the boss drop are calculated similarly to normal items. That is, one person rolls for the 10% chance to drop the fragment and if that person fails, then the item is lost forever. It is the only reasonable explanation.

About the kama cost: it has been decided that a rarity coefficient will be added, in order to adapt the cost to the rarity of the item.

The new formula is:
Item level * Rune level * rarity coefficient * 30 kamas

The rarity coefficient equals:
  • Common item: 0.2
  • Normal item: 0.4
  • Rare item: 0.6
  • Mythical item: 0.8
  • Legendary item: 1

Why charge anything at all? What is the point in all of this?

Kama sink.

Makes me sad I can't rune everything with pp. Why can't we choose the rune type for support? I mean really?
It doesn't matter anyway since there is going to be a cap on wisdom and prospecting.

So about 150 runes, 150 hammers, and 4-5mk to get a fully decked out character.

I'm perfectly fine with a pp cap as long as it comes with a base drop rate increase/revamp. These current drop rates are atrocious, and I imagine was only necessary because there is no cap.
The problem is it's not coming with a base drop rate increase/revamp.

If there is going to be a cap on the amount of prospecting and wisdom we can have in a fight then will challenges be able to exceed that limit?

Also, will this new limit include our base 100 or not?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, but Sadist Mark gives HP back when monster dies, it doesn't resurrect them.

Good point, I guess it doesn't make sense.

I believe the reasoning behind their mark immunity is the fact that they're undead, so they can't really come back to life.

I don't think I saw any patch notes either but I still have my suspicions. This is not a tin foil hat post, just curiosity. Hopefully someone can give me some consolation.

Does anyone know if the dazzling signet and strange pickaxe are still obtainable via pouch? I know it was mentioned earlier that someone obtained them from a pouch a few pages ago but I was wondering if this has been silently fixed since that time.
