Well you didn't pick a good one (seems to be pretty old too) to show how beautiful Wakfu art and its characters are, but, other than that, you also gotta consider its age. It's a game from 2011, made in java, and it shows, same goes for Dofus
Agree. Its not a fair comparison, Wakfu has a lot of beautiful places.

Well, then it helps my point even more Hats and especially capes doesnt need much adjustments if you wanna put it on a different sized character. Shoes or armour on the other hand...

Well as a Dofus 1.x veteran I can tell you that they definitely did NOT use the same bodies, in fact for 2.0 they found a way to become less creative. I will say however that some models did in fact share the same in 1.x, for example being female cra and male sram.
Yeah, but only hat, boots and cape were visible on characters and the characters (and armours itself) were quite simple. It would be more difficult to make it in Wakfu.

Well, it would be a bit difficult to make classes different size and shape and then adjust hundreds of armours and weapons to fit everyone...

It seems that i'm the only one that actually love this artistic direction. It always been a part of Ankama art so far and to be honest, if they want their Dofus 3 to be playable on mobile support (at least better than dofus touch) it's a good way to do it.
Maybe a scale of details settings would solve the problem. Make it really nice on PC with great landscapes animation and simpler on mobile...

Tot said that his game reference for the project is FF tactics. Which can't be a bad thing : )
Nah, I love it too. Dofus 2.0 looks like any flash game, especially the characters, Dofus 1.X didn't feel like it and I prefer it. Now 3.0 looks amazing again, especially if its still alpha.

Because insulting people because of the game is the best way to get people to help you.

Huppermage or Eliotrope? I'm thinking about making a new character and I'm deciding between Huppermage and Eliotrope, simply because I never played them, don't know much about them so they seems interesting.

When I look at their spells, I can't figure out what are their roles in group though. They both look more like support characters, or can they be DD? Is Hupp a good healer? Which one is more desirable in groups?

I would say Panda and Huppermage. Both can be support and compared to others (like Eni, which is very simple) they can do more and you have to know what to do, not just spam the same spells over and over.

Hupper #1, rogue #2, foggernaut #3.

Are the three least played classes.
Do you live in a hole rogue and fogger are everywhere
Because its not subjective at all, right?

Focus on combat again? Im starting to lose hope that ecosystem, political system or crafting will ever get interesting...
