I don't expect to be first but I've been waiting since the 15th... I think by now I have a right to complain about how long it's taking... As for the company comparison... Okay I'll admit that was a bit dumb but what I was saying is that I've had companies that don't speak English and are just as small get back to me faster then this. It's also their fault for holding an event right before a patch. With Ankama's track record they should have known that people would be having problems with the event.

Welp I wouldn't be trying so hard if I had it... they can scan my characters and they can scan my gift boxes. They won't find it... I have my purchase saved which is what I posted up there. I'm not joking either I have never waited this long for customer support... Not even EA took a week to get back to me about an account that got lost when they transferred the server. They even gave me DLC for the sims and sim points and crap. Took 2 days to get back to me but we tossed emails back and forth for about a month because I could never catch my GM's work hours so pretty much one email a day except sat and sun. If they were more in contact about the problem and why they can't get it to me by now I wouldn't mind! It's just frustrating not knowing if anything is actually getting done or is this another support ticket they swiped aside and hope they can rip me off because I'll get sick of waiting... I mean really... they got their money why should they care. PLUS I've heard so many complaints about Ankama's support that it isn't even funny!

As someone who works in customer service, every time I hear this, I cringe.

Acting like an entitled jerk doesn't really help your case, and if I was Ankama, I would just take the stuff you bought back, refund your Ogrines, and let you be on your way instead of giving you what you pitched a fit for.

I've been waiting since the 15th! I've NEVER had a customer support team not fix something like this over such a long period! I even had small Korean companies get back to me sooner! I mean how hard is it to just toss the thing in my gift bags in game?

Edit: Also this isn't the first time I've had problems with Ankama's customer support.

Ive messaged support and I wasn't tooooooooo irate... BUT I think it's been long enough to the point where I can be... I've never seen a support so slow for paying customers

I want answers! I spent 20$ to get it and that's the only reason why I bought it! My stress is through the roof with you Ankama! It's like pulling freakin teeth to get something that is mine AND for someone who has spent so much money on you guys over the years! I want my money back or compensation for my frustration that I've had to go through to get something that I should have gotten! I purchased in the website shop AND I play on NOX not to mention I SPENT 10,500 points! I'm a paying customer and I demand I be treated like one! I'm sorry for which ever mod has to read this but I want something to get done and nothing gets done by sitting on your ass and waiting when it isn't a hard fix!
