24 hour lockout is a dumb idea - so you'd have half your friends on lock-out and unable to do the dungeon with you .. yeah great, good way to discourage playing the game.


The solution is for Ankama to keep releasing new content for the level 100 - max players instead of just pushing, pushing, pushing the level cap and releasing only new content beyond the previous level cap.
I'd gladly run those shitty dungeons even if they have shitty gear, but only if the XP awarded would be proportional to time.
Everyone grinds epics and relics, ofc they keep running those very few dungeons, why would they run dungeons for stuff they never need.
Awarded XP plays a big role here as well, lets say, a level 100 dungeon takes 20 mins to complete and you get an overall XP of 10mil. On the other hand, another lvl 100 dungeon with annoying mechanics gives the same amount of XP but it takes 40-50 mins to complete. Now, why on earth would anyone go for the longer run?

The devs are trying to make Wakfu conflict oriented. That's why they added the whole Riktus shit. They want us to see beat each other up for worthless bonuses. Why? Because the game environment seems "dead" otherwise. Everyone is inside a dungeon or whatnot.
That's why they threw guild control posts everywhere on the map, so guilds are forced to protect their upcoming shitty bonus. They're trying to make the map more interactive, which they failed it with the politics system, the environmental system and now with the pvp system.
That's why they keep adding map events of all sorts.
Also, they should have kept World bosses with a 1/week down limit.
From what I've seen so far with pvp.... most of people are leeching, others are friends 1v1ing and those people are usually on top of the chart. Aer is already a mess in pvp aspect. Not to mention the fact that they actually added the pvp system prior the skill revamp so a lot of skills are broken in pvp. (Srams 4 turning even your OP 92% fecas in 1v1)
At least Ankama is intruducing all sorts of useless shit, so amongst all the useless shit that's going on around the world, most of the players just grind through PvE anyways.

Oh you mean kit skill. yea, it can be useful, getting stuff 10 levels prior. It is useful for the long run.
But you could get AP, imo that's way better

What Ankama should do with skills Balancing/Nerfing/changing certain skills just because they are OP in PvP doesn't mean they have the same value in PvE

Some skills become so nerfed because of PvP that they become useless in PvE

What they should do is:

Some skills already have it.

Separate damn effects for pvp and pve.

Recent examples:

Them horrid shield nerfs. Shields had such an impact on PvP that they had to nerf them. Which led to a bigger nerf in PvE. I'm not saying shields shouldn't have been nerfed overall, but not to this extent in PvE.

So yea... keep things separate, this alpha PvP experience is ruining our beta PvE gameplay.

Everything can dodge anyone now, with a penalty that is. Certain boss mechanics still remain the same where they loose all their MP and cannot move. Everything else, including players suffer a penalty.
I for one think it's better this way. The % system was simply retarded, even AI bugged out and just skipped a turn. -5AP/MP has quite the impact on mobs, especially on players if they have no dodge/CC skill.
Higher level content mobs have all kinds of escape moves anyways so lock aside, the "bound" skill plays his role very well.
Tanks still cant play the "Tank" role and receive little to no damage, they aren't targeted 24/7 that's all.
The old fail to move system was way too harsh imo, tanks probably feel nerfed but its way better overall for the other classes.

they will probably nerf the dodge on some mobs, who knows... it's not like locking is super important nowadays bcz everyone goes DAMAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You only need 2x the lock for maximum penalty. Theres a feca in my guild running over 800+ lock and he's burning down mp and ap from mobs like its nobodies business

The mechanics won't get changed thats for sure, probably the -4-4 penalty will remain also because lock is easy to abuse
