What is problem with me? T_T You don't give my 10 lost pets already.

And now I didn't get passenger rewards.

Sabi has said multiple times that your tickets will be dealt with, so instead of making new threads every few days and filling other threads with the same complaints, you should probably just Ankabox her asking if she could check on them again.

Nothing happens!

One of my friends lost her pet and got back 2 days later.

But me? More than 2,5 months and no answer.

Think some before writing something.

It says you are a former subscriber. Most likely you did not get the the rewards because your subscription ran out before the model change occurred.

No need to be rude to the guy. Ankama support times are unacceptable. This can not be denied. He may have to be patient for the recent issue, but the pet one is already old, and ignored. He has every right to complain.

He knew he wasn't getting the reward if he wasn't subbed. He actually doesn't have a right to complain about the gifts.

The sadly thing he isn't the only one, got the same bug with 3 accounts, 3!!! almost 70 days, 2 tickets sent, ankama box to Sabi, and Troyle, no answer till right now... I check everyday at least 3 times... They keep saying will get better, they care about us, the problem is, it's not seems to be true actually...
