In the last days we discovered a new Kama duplication exploit that allowed some players to multiply their fortune exponentially. After a discreet investigation, we now took the decision to take down the servers to deploy an emergency hotfix that will fix this bug for good.
On Elbor, the consequences of this exploit leave us no choices but to roll back the data to Friday, September 20th. Note that this decision only impacts Elbor and that no other server will be rolled back.
We performed a complete investigation on all the servers, and found several accounts guilty of abusing this bug. All of them (about 50) have now been permanently banned from the game and the kamas they generated have been removed from the economy.
During this investigation we also discovered a few Haven Worlds used only by bots to generate ore and Kamas for real money transfers. More than 120 bot accounts have thus also been permanently banned from the game. Their Haven Worlds will be freed and put back on auction with the update of October 1st. This includes 8 Haven Worlds on Aerafal, 1 on Dathura, 2 on Elbor and 1 on Remington.
We will communicate their position and auction dates in another announcement.
We apologize for the suddenness of this maintenance, but we wanted to act as swiftly as possible and leave no room for the abusers to get away with their unfair advantage, securing the economy of all servers in the process.
Thank you for your understanding.
