I think it's good but still needs tweaking. As long as content continues to fill in as we get closer to lvl 200 we should be alright. The veterans will always leave...then come back when 10 or 20 lvls of new content get added and, in a fit of insanity, sub 6 of their accounts for a year and buy 60000 smithmagic hammers to rune all the new gear.

If you're tearing through a dungeon 50 times a week with an OP squad you may have to wait a bit for the game to catch back up with you every once in awhile.

It looks ugly to me. The "gold" color there doesn't go with the rest of the UI. If it's going to be there someone needs to smooth out the design.

I understand they're trying to get non subbed players' attention but I'm subbed and it's an eyesore.

Yeah game is far from dying atm. On Nox there are people everywhere and at all hours. Awhile back I'd be the first to admit things were getting bad but right now I'm not sure if I've ever seen things grow this fast.

There are newbies everywhere too so it's not just vets rolling more alts off the assembly line.

I tested it out and it really wasn't worth it. Points better spent on HP/res imo.

Please let us combine transmutations like runes or something. I have a bunch of lvl 150 and below transmutations from dungeons I can't use and I'm already past 1.2 million kamas just trying to adjust the elements on a pair of lvl 155 boots.

This really sucks. It's hard enough for me to afford gear as it is. I know better than to get random gear now but still...

There are people everywhere on Nox. In the weirdest places and at the craziest times. It gets a little empty at certain times of night and not as full middle of the week but I've still been seeing people everywhere I go.

Going to have to agree. I find trapper to be one of the most annoying things to lvl too. I have it at a high lvl on my very first toon but didn't lvl it on the rest.

Add some more recipes to the trapper profession at least so people don't have to run around harvesting for hours.

Sabi, do you know if the Linux version is actually out and working yet? I'm getting a partial download of the game and it's broken (downloads 11mb instead of 25mb). It's the only thing that stands between me and finally being able to buy ogrines again.

SWEET!!! Something to watch while I figure out how to buy ogrines. Turns out a recent update broke my Steam install...

EDIT to add:

Got to say I really appreciate the recent push Anakama has made to make this game better and get a rush of new players in. I say this genuinely and somewhat because words of gratitude are the only thing I can pay until Ankama will let me give them money.

Having the same issues. It's insane. I'm locked out of content, dungeon runs are half the coins, less drops and XP, I can't buy respec scrolls. Please fix!

Welp. Such a great update. Actually started to get back into the game. I hope they get it in gear before the epic goodwill they earned from such an awesome update turns to seething hatred.

Running around without a sub really isn't an option.

What's the trick to uying Ogrines? I've tried debit, credit, PayPal. I just noticed the bank transfer option. Does that work?

I need to resub and I need to buy respec scrolls as I've screwed up the build on one toon 3 times already.

I don't want to get stuck waiting for a year on a support ticket. I really don't have any desire to set up an account at the new support site if it's not going to get anything accomplished anyway.

Any tricks for this? Can I just buy ogrines through Dofus or does that run into the same issues? I'm USA and have paid subs since like 2012 or something. You would think it wouldn't be such a hassle.

dang. Poor fire sac gets crit nerfed and mono builds marginalized. Ridiculous crit punishes was all I had going for me other than map control. Now less crit, less crit dmg, less dmg from crit and no reason to stay mono ele.

Hope it doesn't end up as bad as it sounds. Got to at least make it worth taking self dmg and maneuvering to fulfill angrrr and hp % reqs.

Quote (Midanowich @ 03 September 2014 10:44) *
Mounts: Make it possible to Shop, Travel, Feed your pets, sort your Backpacks while being on a mount.
Shopping: Risk of not selling and losing actual money is too high. Especially later in the game.
Ships: Every Port from every station available please!

I actually agree with these. Those that don't agree have workarounds for these issues but I don't think that's the point. Many of these issues are just leftovers from programmers having to roll out new features in a hurry.

I don't see a logical reason why many of these things couldn't be smoothed out...aside from priority to existing insane bugs and payment options.

Seems a bit high maintenance for a game.
