I have heard from support that they know about the problem and cannot predict when a fix will be implemented because it's something the developers have to deal with.

After the hotfix earlier this week, the problem seemed fixed, but last night it popped up again. It seems to start when I am depositing a large number of items in the guild bank. I submitted a bug report with game log and screenshots. Report ID number: 1322766

That makes sense. I've had problems with misclicks in the room (the one with the invisible path) leading to the final area for the Woyal Bow of Pwodding, and being able to step using the cursor keys would have helped a lot with that.

There's a problem with guild chests where people with permissions can't remove or deposit items or kamas (or if we can, the change comes minutes or hours later).

I have tried a bunch of things to fix this on my computer and had other guildies try doing stuff and no joy. There's another thread about it, but it would be nice to get it listed.

My guild, The Alternates, on Nox, is also having this problem. It began early Saturday morning, server time. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Wakfu on my computer, having other people try to take things and put things into the bank, restarting my computer, clearing the caches, etc.

I can't withdraw or deposit any items or kamas, nor can anyone else with permission.

I'll hold off on filing a bug report until there's more information.

ETA: While I was taking screenshots, I tried to take out some keys from chest 1 and randomly got a bunch of stuff from chest 2 I had tried to take out earlier during an earlier login session (and a different install of the game).

Here's the thing. The people who are angry are angry because we LOVE (or at least strongly like) Wakfu. We're not lazy ingrates. We've been playing for a year or more, we were subscribers before F2P came around, and we want to enjoy Wakfu this year, too.

But when there isn't even a list of things that are going to be worked on and when we just get more of the Soon (TM) and the acknowledged problems aren't fixed, us being angry and expressing that anger is the kind of feedback the devs need. They need to know that the consumers of their product (i.e. us, the people who keep them paid) are unhappy with what is happening, they need to know why we're unhappy, and they need to know what we want fixed.

For crying out loud. The LEAST this letter could have done is actually list the things we can expect this year. Can we expect Heroes this year or not? Which classes will be revamped? When will we get the prof revamp? Will it ever happen? What about the new maps for the nations? What about achievements? So many can't be gotten at all anymore.

There are a lot of things that players actually want to know about, and giving us vague BS is not enough to satisfy us as a first major communication in months.

Not to mention that support is STILL awful, we've got spambots in game again, there's no easy way to report abusive players, and the payment system is STILL broken. I get that Ankama really doesn't care that much about the NA market, but this letter just felt like having someone fart at us and then tell us it's perfume. We know the difference by now.

The thing is that for Ankama, class revamps ARE big updates. Wakfu is not WoW or any other game. For 2014, there were what Ankama seems to count as "big/meaningful" updates every month or two. These might not be considered "big updates" in a different game, but those other games also do other things differently, like having working support and fixing the payment system so that people don't get locked out for no reason.

If I'm wrong and they roll out small/minor fixes every month or so and then big major updates every quarter, I will happily be wrong about this. I'm just used to Ankama being Ankama, home of Soon (TM) and failing to follow through on things we've been expecting for a year.

I feel pretty strongly that there should be a gift-giving similar to the St. Potrick's event (but with actual good stuff) where people who've logged in within a certain time frame prior to the gift giving get the gifts on their accounts. This could be in addition to the Advent Calendar.

I also completely sympathize with the people who are frustrated about time zones and missing the event because of the calendar rolling over "early." This seems like something that could be localized to server time at least, especially since it's a problem that shows up in A LOT of events and promotions.

Even with the problems and complaints people have had, I'm still pretty excited about the Advent event and plan to continue participating.

I am still curious if the f2p model and the combat revamp are both rolling out in July.

Also, what is a "suitcase" and why does it need decoration? And when will we see what those costumes and haven bag decos look like?

Krosmaster Figurine Bugs Character name: Ebrana
Date and time: Multiple occurrences
Map: Haven Bag
Server: Nox

Bug description: Occasionally, when I go to use a krosmaster figurine from my inventory (while in my haven bag, to put it into my display cabinet), I get one of two problems. These problems continue to occur despite relogging, reinstalling, and even playing on different computers.

The first problem is that the figurine simply won't go into the display cabinet, despite the game log showing that I have used it. It remains visible and usable in my inventory and generally requires several tries, including closing and reopening my display cabinet and the inventory pane, in order to eventually appear in my display cabinet.

The second problem is that, when used, the figurine disappears from my inventory but never appears in my display case. This has happened once with a Captain Amakna figurine and once with a Merkator figurine. In my opinion, this is the more serious problem.

I have submitted tickets with screenshots and game logs for this with no response. I am hoping that other people might have this problem and we can get Ankama's attention through this thread.

Reproducibility process: Use a krosmaster figurine from your inventory.

There are reasons why guilds with haven worlds make them inaccessible to non-guild members.

The main reason is that the guilds want to make sure that their Haven World remains just that—a haven. Players who aren't a part of the guild and don't have anything invested in the Haven World could easily come in and plant mobs that overtake the HW or clear-cut the plants/trees/crops that are there for guild members' benefit.

I agree that it's a bummer that more guilds don't have access to HWs. I expect to see my guild's HW become more useful and important when the f2p model is implemented.

One of my concerns is that the payment system has still not been fixed for many current subscribers. If the payment model changes and I have to somehow try to pay for access to the same things I have access to now, I will be unable to because of the problems with payments.

I have other concerns, too, of course. I worry that players who have not invested money in the game will feel free to troll by destroying the ecosystem or randomly pk'ing players who do not enjoy/expect PvP because they do not fear long-term consequences for their characters or reputations.

On the other hand, I have high hopes for increased server population. With luck, it will revive the economy and reduce grinding for low-to-mid-level materials.

I do hope that the international community gets more support to handle the expected increase in users. Just because many of us will no longer be paying for content doesn't mean we deserve even worse support.

Another Enu with this problem. Was with another player doing the temple and I have the jumpin' gap jacks in my quest inventory but they do not work.

Edit: They do occasionally work, but not consistently. They will work for a period of time and then stop working until I relog. This has been extremely problematic, since I have been trying to finish the boss tentacle fight in the temple with a friend and sometimes the jacks work at the beginning part of the temple and then fail before boss fight, so I have to relog and die and it messes up the whole quest.
