These "bonuses" are very disappointing!

Ankama are trying to get more people to play, hey should sort out their customer service before fumbling around for a larger consumer base!

I'm not pointing the finger at you, I'm looking to you because you are our Community Manager and there is nobody else, I understand you are busy Sabi, but this is a joke!

I have been replying to my ticket asking for updates, but it's all a bit one way. I shouldn't need to mess around like this in the first place!

As we are throwing money at the company you represent they are prone to certain expectations.

Right now the product we are paying for is not fit for purpose its not ok for our items ti vanish! Any items we acquire are ours to use with in game due to the money and time put in to acquire them.

As a company working with a community you need to establish customer expectations, a timescale would be a good start, where do we turn if that timescale isn't met?
We should at least get a reply and if a new timescale is set by your staffs reply there needs to be someway to keep to that even if it's "sorry i'm still working on your issue".

I think Steam would expect a huge crackdown on how issues are dealt with, it's just what Ankama need some guidance.

I also think Ankama would have issues agreeing to Steams terms however i could certainly help the game, publicizing it whilst making payments much easier to do you even have steam cards and official achievements (I'd love that tbh).

Finally the Steam Workshop if Ankama were willing to let their fans have a bit more freedom (that means more content and you don't have to pay people to make it, further it's made by fans who Ankama are clearly having issues satisfying)

Love this idea, but I sincerely think it will never ever happen.

WHERE ARE MY PETS! Sabi, you last messaged me back on the 12th of June, I have since Ankaboxed you another two times.

It's been well over a month since support told me they are looking into the situation (which has been fixed) I want to know whats happening with all my missing pets!

This issue is far from resolved, I paid and delegated my own time to furthering the acquiring and leveling those pets and my characters on your game, I will pursue every avenue at my disposal in order to get back what is rightfully mine.

My original ticket no: 1071181 (last received a reply on 10th May telling me I should have a reply by then end of the week)

My other ticket no: 1094100 (was made 17 days ago I made this because I thought maybe the other had been lost.)

I think it's likely people didn't sub because the customer service is piss poor and Ankama don't know wtf they are doing as far as developing Wakfu goes.

Very poor project management heads should be a-rolling!

I guess they've been hinting at this change with all the new Pay to Win items, not long now before people can just buy a more powerful set than me and yet still know nothing at all about what the are doing. -.-

Shame on you Ankama you are slowly crawling into place alongside the lowest common denominators of the gaming industry.

More character slots? I noticed we now have the arrows on the left and right of our character select screens, implying we will be able to pan between slots using the arrows.

At the moment there aren't enough slots per account for that function to be of use, I wonder if they are secretly planning to add the option to purchase more slots like in Dofus.

What do you guys think?

While I agree with what you said, a good business doesn't function on goodwill and rainbows.

In other words Sabi is nice, but Ankama leaving her alone is a massive mistake on their behalf not because there is an issue with her but because the time difference causes too much of a hinderence and it just isn't good for the player base or for business.

I play a tri-element Iop, most of your damage % really does come from the gear you are wearing.

As far as fire spells which aren't so useful I'd say Thunderbolt and Celestial sword are a waste of points which would be better spent investing in Jabs/Gutting gust and maybe Uppercut. Making you a Fire/Air iop.

However you should find your char will be of more use in many places and equipment is fairly easy to get.

Of course stat invests change things a lot too but i'll leave those well alone since you didn't ask about them.

It's not paranoia look at whats going on, communication with the community is less than I've ever seen it.

More and more things are coming out half translated.

Updates are missing more and more important details with each and every one.

Normally we get a post to say the servers back up, we didn't even get that this time.

We're an after thought, just little extra money trickling in. The french server is where the big money is the only ones who care about our server are those paid to do so who appear to have many other tasks.

Nox and Remi are heading the same way as the German server, no support.

Graphically it looks great, looks like some re-used animations which is the only down side but hey that's pretty common in this game.

While the update is nice although some aspect are well over due. Why am I only able to stat only 1 mp and 1ap without the option of stating another? The character growth is becoming more and more linear soon we will be all using the same builds, make it so we can invest 3 range if we wish 2ap 2mp is ok as it is i guess.!
