We'd like to set the record straight, that we do not ignore the player base’s voice.
We as Community Managers, and in Ankama as a whole, are very serious in listening to your wishes, suggestions, and most especially your complaints. We constantly discuss all of these with the game developers through reports and team meetings.
The development team is very much active as the community team when it comes to gathering player feedback. Though you might see them active in the French forum, it doesn’t mean that they are not in the other communities. They are just not that confident at writing their response in English.
With the small team that we have, we have to prioritise to develop the content that would benefit all of the players, examples would be the Heroes service, Spell deck and the new Incarnam.
We are aware that there are requests for improvement to PVP, Politics, and the Ecosystem. As of the moment we cannot provide an ETA on them as our team is small and it would take a huge amount of resource from us. I’d like to assure you that they are on our mind. We will be releasing our Community Letter soon and more information will be shared there.
Our goal is the same which is to improve our beloved game. So please do not hesitate to let us hear your voice and we will try to provide feedback as much as we can.
