The bridge between Hugo's Prairie and Fertile Prairie in Amakna. I don't have a screenshot of it, but it's usually packed with environmental event objects.

When they hire competent employees for this game? Is there anything at all that they can do well?
They can keep people moaning and complaining for years and years and still somehow manage to convince old players to stay and new people to start playing AND make money while at it. I have no idea what their secret is but it sure is weird.

The Dofus login server does show the queue and I've literally seen a few thousand people in it at times like these. You are in a queue if the wheels are spinning and if you kill it and restart you go to the back of the line. Yes it's possible that your login attempt times out and you get a can't connect message but you're still better off letting the wheels spin till you either get in or time out.

I'm quite sure they are keeping an eye on it and if it goes down again they will let us know.
Now I regret that I've restarted several times the past hour... Maybe I would've been in by now if I just waited. Oh well.

Hi everyone,

I am coming back with an update on the situation with our login server.

We have done a restart of our login server to resolve the issue, which was then flooded with a huge amount of simultaneous connection requests that were pending, and it is causing now a delay for many of you to try to connect to the game.

I would like to invite you to continue to try to login again regularly as this will improve over time and you will be back in-game!

The whole team would also like to thank you for your patience.

It's now been at least an hour delay since you said it was resolved. Give us some more feedback, please. How many are logged in and how many are still trying? Can we expect another hour or four of delay or are we past the bottleneck yet? Does waiting at the spinning cog do any good or is it better to close the game and try again?

Does sitting at the "Connecting" cog screen actually put you in a queue of some sort or does your connection just drop off meaningif you don't get in right away try again?

Some time ago they recommended people to stay on the connection screen (the cog) for at least 10 minutes, so I assume there's some sort of queue. I don't know if that information applies to this situation since I'm not on the tech team.

In terms of food, there is a turkey that gives wisdom, chocolate, that red bottled drink...

There's also the log that gives +20 hp buff for 15 minutes, and a candy that turns you into a White Bow Meow for 15 minutes.

It's supposedly been working for 20 minutes now but I still can't get in. Sigh. Are you sure it's working or is it down again?

The "Give a gift" emote and the soundtrack. Here's hoping you'll let us download the entire soundtrack from the website some day, some of the music is simply brilliant.

To celebrate this wonderful day of bounty, from Saturday the 13th (00:01 AM server time) to Monday the 15th (11:59 PM server time) we will be granting you a bonus of double Kamas and Crafting XP on the Nox, Remington and Amara servers.

1. It's Monday 9 AM now and there's no bonus. You lie.
2. Double would be +100% but we only get +50%. You lie.
3. If you bold everything in a sentence it just makes things harder to read than if you didn't bold. Don't use bold on more than a third of the words.

That 20k ogrines price is a bit too high imo. 13k ogrines would be fine.
It includes a Scroll of Absolution (4k ogrines) and a Sex and Appearance change (3.5k ogrines) so the price tag of the actual class change is just 12.5k. Well, it would've been if you could've chosen not to get the restat and appearance change but it'd be rather tricky to play as an Eniripsa if your spell points were all on Iop spells you can't access.

If they don't have an outlaw symbol floating over their head, then they are not an outlaw. That hasn't changed.
Not true. I believe Troutmask and me both have the same bug. I have had several people asking me to kill them so that they can get rid of their outlaw status, while I have been unable to actually see their symbol. When my PvP is off I see PvP symbols everywhere, but when I turn it on it seems I can only see one in five or something like that. I see some, but not nearly all. I have tried logging out and back in but it doesn't seem to help.

So, Troutmask, you're not the only one confused by this backwards behavior of the game. I assume it's a bug. It would be ridiculous as a feature.

I believe the government weather system is bugged. You can pay all you want for custom weather but it won't change anything.

Farle's Fields balance The ecosystem in Farle's Field says there has to be a minimum of 120 crops and a maximum of 360 crops.

This is what the map looks like with 340 crops:
(red zones are empty, blue zones are almost filled):

For a nation that is supposed to be special for its farmer, baker and chef professions, this is catastrophic. Anyone who visits Farle's Fields will feel the fields are empty all the time, and the few who want to plant there are told by the ridiculous maximum of 360 that there's no room even though all the fields are empty.

The maximum should be raised to 700 or maybe even 900 to allow the fields to be almost filled. The minimum should be raised to 350 because I really don't feel this area should be any more empty than what is displayed with blue on the map above.

PS. I mentioned this a year ago but nothing has happened. I just want to remind the devs that the issue is still an issue.

Nice. Can you also fix the issue where a 32-bit Linux can't install Wakfu through Steam? It tries to load the 64-bit installer.

Great info, but you should also make this information more easily accessible in-game. A lot of players who play a game ACTUALLY play the game, they don't browse the web. Adding a Help interface to the menu where players can browse all the tutorials posted here (without opening a browser) would be gold.

Maintenance an hour earlier than you said
The WAKFU servers will shut down for maintenance this Tuesday, October 7th starting at 8 AM GMT / 3 AM EST / 12 AM PST, while we deploy the new WAKFU Update.
WAKFU Update 1.37 - 07.10.2014

I'd like to point out that it's only 7 AM GMT now and the servers are already offline. It's also only 2 AM EST. And 11 PM PST.

So you started the maintenance an hour earlier than advertised. For shame.

They changed the drop/prospecting system with the Inglorious Riktus update. Sidekicks still have 100 base pp, but due to the new system it's no longer beneficial to bring them along for drops because of what jay001010 said.

Sabi, do you know if the Linux version is actually out and working yet? I'm getting a partial download of the game and it's broken (downloads 11mb instead of 25mb). It's the only thing that stands between me and finally being able to buy ogrines again.

I get errors on my 32-bit Linux, but a friend of mine on 64-bit Linux is playing Wakfu just fine through Steam. We're both using Gentoo.
