I like it, this new ui and new graphics, ankama is trying to be innovative which is great, imo.

I want my items back, with all customizations and levels exactly the same. And this is getting out of control, hopefully they still are trying to read tickets.

The problem is, the most of guys got their pets and items back, only few are left, so we must be some kind of lower class or something? I mean it's bad to do this. Should i just like almost everyone here rage and get attention so i can get items, what is this supposed to mean?

Suck it up, a lot of other people didn't and still played.
The problem is if you start leveling proffs now, and they decide out of the blue to do a rollback. That is why most people choose not to play until they fix bug, if that is going to happen anyway.

Compensation Will we ever get our items back, and will we be getting some compensation?

7 days without playing, servers were close to empty and we don't even know if we will see our pets and items again, knowing ankama.

Let me tell you something, it took them 6 days to respond to my ticket and they haven't seen the problem still. I guess we won't even have a compensation for this retarded bug. Good devs....

But...

An online game must offer a minimum of stability and support to it's customers.

We can not afford to play a game which requires a lot of effort and time to attain the itens, for them to simply dissappear for technical issues.
Time wasted and ofc, gameplay screwed, for, even been you a nonattached person, loosing a battle set can make your char useless.

It's been also made clear on the past years and it's also well known among players the despise that Ankama holds for it's international community in spite of it's french community.

But...

We paid for subscriptions and itens and we require proper customer care.

So it's not a matter of caring or not, it's not a personal relationship.
We are all customers paying a service and we are waiting for proper measures concerning this issue.

I couldn't agree more. I have been playing since beta and even before that dofus. Made a few pauses here and there and still kept playing. All i want from ankama is to be proffesional, because all the hard work you make, they screw it bug hundreds of bugs and problems. Why can't they just tell us, at least give us a heads up that they are working on a problem, is it that hard? I mean you will at least have some hope. Right now, couple of days have passed, and we no nothing exactly. It's not Sabis' fault for that, ofc. It's devs' fault because they cherish more french community than ours.
