Scrolls?
Hello, all, I was just wondering if any of you know about (characteristic) scrolls in Wakfu. Are there like in Dofus? Yesh?

Bots will be around as long as there is a game to manipulate.

Yeah, but it's funny when people try and talk to bots.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I don't think Wakfu'll be so easy for bots as Dofus was. The somewhat dynamically changing monster groups, and stuff like necropolters infesting the gobball areas etc.
...though of course, no matter how hard it is, people will just make better bots. Sigh. |

I strongly believe wakfu is not going to be one of those I believe bots will find a way, there's already a possibility in crafting items and selling them. I wouldn't be surprised if scrolls were to turn up as challenge rewards. All we have to do is trick them into using their bot-power to solve the cure to cancer or something. Hello, all, I was just wondering if any of you know about (characteristic) scrolls in Wakfu. Are there like in Dofus? Yesh? honestly ive never liked scrolls cuz i was that guy that always had trouble making money... sure ill admit that if i was that guy that made millions easy i probably like scrolls, but at the same time i would still know how they create unequality. The people that make money easy already had a big enough advantage in dofus (for those of u who were there) because they could afford better items, thats one of the things i like in wakfu the equality the broke people who saved for their stuff can do as much dmg as the rich people who may not work as hard (not in all cases) but make more money Sry if this pisses any of u guys but ive been wondering this for while how do i get a class picture below my name when i post things on the forum? example: goldfishgod's is the sacrier (send me a message so we dont take up forum space) This post has been edited by b-baller: 15 Nov 2008, 05:25 |

The lag alone will kill them I have to disagree, I managed to run 2 Wakfus on my ancient computer too. On normal computer with modern video card and enough memory the game runs practically lag-free so I am sure you can get 3-4 instances up without a problem. |

I have a mid-high end computer and a 6Mbit connection, and I lag like crazy. The lag is server-side for the most part.

I think it would great to have scrolls except nontradeable. They should be drops from dungeon bosses as rewards for finishing the dungeon. You would be able to choose an upgrade to your character such as drop rate, stat points, exp, etc., etc. but for only a reasonable amount (not too big amount and not too little). And of course you would have to be limited to a certain amount of scrolls per character. Of course there's a lot of things you could argue about but yah it' sjust an idea
