Fire Sram Equip Suggestions Im a fire sram and I could use some advice on what gears would be good for me. I am primarily looking for dodge/will/fire dmg as I solo a lot and those are my 3 main attributes needed. The problem is I just dont know what equips give what and it can take ages to search through the merchant board looking for items with specific stats.

I am lvl 36 right now so anything you can think of within 15 levels or so would be helpful. I have a xelor amulet that I want to hang on to for awhile but any other pieces can be replaced.

What build are you? I might not know much about items, but that should help whoever it is that wants to help you out on it.

Well, I figure the best way to break this down is by item type..

Hat
- Piwihats are about the only thing you'll find that give a bonus to fire damage, and you'll see a lot of people wearing them. They're also pretty easy to find.
- There is a hat called the Coiffe de Koltard which is level 32 and gives +32 HP and +14 Willpower, and I see a number of Srams wearing it. It can't be crafted, so it's a little more expensive, but I think it's worth looking in to.

Accessory
- the Pierre Incandescente gives +11 fire damage and +6% fire resist; runs about 3,000k
- ultimately, the Bouftains Royales (the royal gob set item) has great stats, including +19% fire damage and +9% dmg (all elements). It's sickentingly expensive, though - I think around 75kk.

Belts
- the Gob belt gives +12% fire damage
- the lava larva belt gives +19% fire damage and some mental attack for what its worth
- the Ceinture d'Elry Entuwan gives +15 willpower and +1 mechanisme, which is awesome if you use a lot of traps; level 33

Boots
- the Bottes du Conquérant give +1MP at the cost of -2% resists to all elements. They're level 37, so you'd need to level up once. They're expensive - I sell them for about 50kk. But MP tends to be pretty key for Srams (I love being able to get from the front of a monster to the rear in one round!)
- gobboots only give some Initiative, but if you're wearing at least one other gob item (such as the belt or cape) then you get a nice fat set bonus to HP. If you wear at least 4 items you get a little bonus to fire damage.
- Bottes Renforcées give +17 HP and +11 dodge. Level 15, but they're Rare.

Rings
- the Anneau du Sanglier gives +19% fire damage and +8 prospecting. Basically no reason not to wear two of them, except that they're expensive and sometimes hard to find.
- Bagostof Rouge gives +11% fire damage (and some earth); much cheaper and easier to find.
- look forward to the Annobsidien at level 50 which gives +22% fire damage, +9pp and +19 willpower. Very, very nice. They're hard to find, but they're craftable by a high-level jeweler (I'm not quite there yet myself but I might know someone who is).

Plastron
- gotta love the Plastron du Lava Larve. Tough to get (the mucus is the hard ingredient) but I just made one for a buddy and the thing is awesome. You do not want to stand on his glyph. +20% fire damage plus some water and fire resists; the 2 piece set bonus gives +26 life, so consider the belt or pauldrons.
- the Plastron de Chuck Maurice (where do they get these names?) gives +24 dodge and +11% damage; it's level 43, however.
- the Plastron d'Araknee is also level 43, and gives +27 dodge and +58 PdV max; the rest of the set isn't much to write home about.

Cape
- the Bouffle coat gives +17HP and +11 dodge; level 17 and pretty cheap since some tailors level on it
- the Gobbling cape gives +23 HP and +32 Ini; the set bonus gives more HP if you wear it with something like the belt or the boots; initiative is good, too

Pauldrons
- lots of options here! The ones that stand out are:
- epaulettes du lava larve: expensive, but 19% fire damage +19% dodge
- epaulettes du sanglier: +18% fire damage and if you're wearing another boar item, the first set bonus has nice HP
- epaularves orange: +15% fire damage, +20 HP

Dagger or Shield
- dague bruleuse gives +13% fire damage
- bouclier d'amar casto gives +18 hp +13 dodge
- Bouclier Helicoidal (hope I'm spelling that right) gives +13 dodge, +11 willpower and +4 resists
- bouclier de tanos gives +30 HP and +19 willpower

Weapon
Wow, too many to name.. not even sure where to start here. lol Hopefully someone else will have a better understanding of fire weapons..
- cartes sanglier give 19% fire damage and +43 initiative.. best I can think of right now.

Anyway, I hope that helps! As you can tell, I think maybe a little bit too much about gear. I don't even play a fire character, but I have planned to..

Thank you for the very detailed post, that is very helpful. Some of the stuff you named I already have or know about but I dont think I've ever seen any of the lava larva stuff. Ive been looking for the Epaulettes du sanglier for a while but they seem to be pretty rare. I will definitely look for another boar ring, I didnt know you could double up on set rings in wakfu.

What Im wearing now:
Helmet: Coiffe du Sanglier 32hp +1crits Nice HP and the crits came in handy when I was using Churt belt.

Necklace: Amulate du Xelor +1ap, need I say more?

Spaulders: Epaulettes de Ulrick Errel +13% fire/air dmg

Acc: Broche de Poupau Voude +8% dodge/tackle I also have the pierre incandescent but I need the dodge right now.

Cape: Cape Bouffie 16hp +10% dodge Im not real fond of this but its the best I can find for now.

Belt: Ceinture d'Elry Entuwan +1 mechanism +15 Thanks for the tip on this, the extra mech will really help when my traps glitch and dont disappear like they should after trigger. I also have churt belt +28hp +1 crit

Plastron: Plastron du Tofu +10hp +3% res Leftover from when I had most of the tofu set. Switching to Plastron d'Araknee at 43. I already have 3 of them that Ive dropped. Tho lava larva would be a sweet option to have too, if I could find one.

Boots: Bottes de cuir Usagees +16% dodge/tackle. Indispensable for me until I can get more dodge elsewhere. Extra MP from Bottes du Conquérant would be nice for group play as I cant use my invisibility strategy that I use when solo and tend to find myself chasing enemies.

Rings: Anneau Nolulu: +20 init +10 will +5%xp
Boar Ring +6PP +18% fire dmg The Nolulu is handy for the little bit of extra xp and will. I will probably switch between this and double boars as needed.

Shield: Bouclier d'Amar Castro +18hp +12%dodge I need the dodge, I also have Bouclier de Tanos Which I may use if I can get myself to at least 70% dodge without the castro.

Weapon: Cartes Sanglier +19% fire dmg +43 init There are some other tempting options that give dodges or crits but I need the dmg to offset my Xelor ammy (-20% dmg)

Well that about wraps it up. Hopefully someone other than myself will be able to get some useful info out of this thread as well. As always more suggestions are welcome.

That looks great! Pretty much exactly what I'd do. And yes, you can double up on rings, even set rings, but they don't count as two set items for the purposes of calculating set bonuses. So, if you wear a boar hat and two boar rings, you're only counted as having 2 set items on.
